LTC2950CDDB-1#TRMPBF developed by Linear Technology/Analog Devices is a type of micropower, pushbutton ON/OFF controller with a wide input voltage range. Based on a simple microprocessor interface, proper system housekeeping prior to power down is allowed. Proper power down is ensured based on an internal KILL timer under system fault conditions. It is ideally suitable for battery-powered applications due to its extremely low quiescent current (6µA typical).
