It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1.2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.2V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 2.7V.
