As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER, it is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 1.73V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's 3A output current allows for maximum design flexibility.
