For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 6 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space-saving SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -30°C~85°C TA. There is a switching frequency of 1.2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 0.5V as an input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.5V.
