LTC3400ES6#TRMPBF Overview
A Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -30°C~85°C TA. There is a switching frequency of 1.2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Regulator 0.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 0.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 2.5V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 600mA Switch. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 6V.
