For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 10 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER type. Space-saving 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 2 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1.5MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.6V.
