A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. This harley voltage regulator has 20 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -55°C~125°C TJ when operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 1MHz switching frequencies. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.25V is required for this voltage regulator to operate.
