For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package is available for this voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 0.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage.
