A total of 1outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. An output voltage of 0.5V~5V is provided by this power supply regulator. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. It is intended to be used in applications such as Converter, WCDMA Power Amplifier Applications and others. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 2.75V~5.5V. 8 terminals are present on the electronic component.
