Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 10 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 160kHz~1MHz. Regulator 2.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.5V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.69V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 600mA. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. I would like to point out that this voltage regulator belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the LTC3447 family.
