For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.5MHz~2.25MHz. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
