For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space-saving 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. A total of 2 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 2.25MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 400mA 800mA output current. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V.
