As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 12 terminations. Space-saving 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable (Programmable) outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ when operating. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V 1.8V 3.3V 5V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 500mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 500mA. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided.
