This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. A voltage regulator consists of 12 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating.
