This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. A voltage regulator consists of 12 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable (Programmable) output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V 1.8V 3.3V 5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 500mA output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 65V.
