LTC3803ES6-3#TRMPBF Overview
With its SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 5.7V~8V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general.
