Capsuled in the 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control operates at 4.5V~38V and has a 4.5V~38V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 400kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Soft Start for efficient switching control.
