Capsuled in the 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 3.5V~60V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. This switching controller can switch at 50kHz~850kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator.
