With a SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 2.75V~9.8V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. It can switch at 550kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters.
