Capsuled in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), 16 Leads, Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 4.5V~150V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 50kHz~850kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start for efficient switching control.
