A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad case is used to package the op amp. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. There is a Tube case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. The number of terminations approaches 8. Buffer amplifier has a total of 8 pins.
