There is a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. It comes in a Tube case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 10.
