There is a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. It comes in a Tube case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 10. Buffer amplifier has a total of 10 pins. The linear amplifier should be run at 5V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it. It should be noted that this type of buffer amplifier is exactly what is known as a Operational Amplifier device. In total, the buffer amplifier consists of 10 pins.
