LTC6410CUD-6#PBF Overview
There is a 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. A Differential-type buffer amplifier is shown here. A Tube case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. It is estimated that there will be 16 terminations in the next few months. Buffer amplifier has a total of 16 pins.
