As far as packaging is concerned, it comes in a 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package that comes with it.I would like to point out that the gadget has a Surface Mount mounting type.In this case, the part's filter type is Band Pass.I believe it should be able to work with a power source of 2.7V~3.6V, if it works at all.24-pins are used in total on this board.LTC6602 is the best component of the device, because it is the most important part of the device.There is either a cutoff or a center frequency in the device when it is operating at 300kHz frequency.Filter is important to note that 2 refers to the filter figure.Currently, 85°C is the highest working temperature that can be achieved.As long as it is warmer than -40°C when operating, it is safe to keep it operating.
