A handy 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series package.Voltage reference with ±0.025% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C.Applications with 5mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 3V~13.2V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.During operation, it uses a current of 7.5mA as its supply current.
