For cost-effective packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. By using the 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 2.25V~5.5V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C.
