In order to minimize costs, Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is able to eliminate the need for this. This is due to the supply voltage of 2.25V~5.5V, which ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The operating temperature of this unit is -40°C~125°C. As configured, it has taps and steps of 8. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number LTC6994 is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications.
