LTC7151SIV#PBF Overview

A Tray package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. Regulator 3.1V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.1V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.5V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 15A output current. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 20V.
