Capsuled in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 2 outputs. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz~1.2MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Ramp, Soft Start, Tracking for efficient switching control.
