HSDL-5420 Product Details
HSDL-5420 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2-SMD, Flat Lead packages in order to protect them from damage. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 40V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. In a circuit, the photodiodes may release 150mW heat. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 40V. In order for current to flow across a photodiode, the voltage must be 800mV. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 40V. A photodiode occurs even at 1nA current without light input.
