To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Flat Lead packages. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 40V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. In a circuit, photodiodes could release 150mW heat. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 40V. A circuit should have a maximum heat release rate of 150mW from the photodiodes. With a reverse voltage of 40V, the photodiodes can work properly in the DC circuit. Current should flow across a photodiode at 800mV voltage. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 1nA current.
