LTR-516AD Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 30V should be maintained for the photodiodes. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 150mW heat. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 150mW. Photodiodes can work properly at 30V reverse voltage in the DC circuit.
