These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into Radial, Side View packages for safety protection. The photodiodes have 2 pins. The photodiodes could release 150mW heat within a circuit. In general, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 150mW in a circuit.
