59021-1-U-02-E Overview

Probe packages are used to package the magnetic position sensor modules. It is possible to set -40°C as the minimum operating temperature for magnetic position sensors modules. As a rule of thumb, it is recommended that the operating temperature of this sensor module does not exceed 105°C. An electronic part is packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to the devices.
