As the RMS current measures the average strength, disregarding the direction, its RMS current (Irms) is 8A.The RMS on-state current must be maintained below 8A to ensure normal operation.The maximal repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is the maximum voltage that a diode can sustain in reverse-bias mode.In electrical, electromagnetic, and electronic devices, the holding current (hypostatic) is the minimum current needed for an electronic or electrical device to remain on.A thyristor with a 1.6V forward voltage has a forward voltage as high as the voltage needed to flow current across it.Insulation effectiveness can be evaluated by leakage current, and 0.1mA is its maximum leakage current.
