S6SRP Overview
The RMS current is a measure of the average strength of the current, disregarding its direction. Its RMS current (Irms) is 800mA ohms.In order for the device to operate normally, the RMS on-state current should be maintained at 0.8A.During the 'ON' state, the holding current (hypostatic) can be 5mA, as it is the minimum current which must pass through a circuit for it to stay in the 'on' state.As this thyristor has 1.7V forward voltage, no current flows across it.Detecting leakage current on conductors can be an indication of insulation effectiveness, and its maximum leakage current can be 0.1mA.
