SML1 Overview


The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 5MHz~3.2GHz.With the enhanced 4-SMD, Flat Leads package, this RF IC is excellent.The RF modulator is packaged in a Bulk package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 4-pin RF module.Below 50°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.There must be at least 0°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 7mA.
