M21202G-14 Overview
This LED driver IC features an enhanced SOIC package for driving common LEDs.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.There must be a transceiver module's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -10°C minimum operating temperature for this optical transceiver.
