RTPXA270C5C312 Overview

This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 356. In the case of a 1.25V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. For functions of 356 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The maximum supply current is 1.375V. The external data bus width of this CPU is 32. Temperatures above 85°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 356 pins. 312MHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU.
