Packed in a Tray. The 64-LQFP package can be found here. It is suitable for use as a Single Phase meter. This product is available in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C achieves a higher operational temperature. There is a 3V~3.6V power supply used in this device. . Its low-level I/O ports are powered by a voltage of 0.8V. There is a voltage 2V on this device for high-level I/Os. This is a logic gate solution based on 64 technology. In order to allow for easy installation and dismounting, it is designed as a Surface Mount device. This feature is included in the Single Converter Technology® series. In this case, 3.3V can be used to supply the device. It is possible to use this device at a frequency up to 5MHz. This PMIC has a memory size 32kB which is incorporated into it. Memory FLASH is utilised by the PMIC.
