Tape & Reel (TR)ipped up in a box. This package has the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) extension. In addition, it can be used as a Single Phase meter as well. Surface Mount is available for purchase. It is possible to achieve higher operational temperatures at -20°C~60°C. A 2.5V~3.6V power supply is used to power the device. See more similar parts on 71M6601.
