Packing in Tape & Reel (TR). An example of a 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is shown below. This device can be used as a Single Phase meter. There is an option for Surface Mount. The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C is higher. 3V~3.6V power supply is used to power it. Check out 78M6610 for more similar parts. The low-level I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of 0.8V. High-level I/Os are represented by voltage 2V, while standard I/Os are displayed by voltage Y. Logic gates can be applied to this 24 solution. There is a 8.1mA device on the market.
