DS1013S-75/T&R Overview

For cost-effective packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. By using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C.
