DS1021S-25 Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. By utilizing the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C.
