DS1023S-50 Overview


For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. By using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. Taps and steps are configured with 256. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1023 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. At DUAL, the terminals are located. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 16 terminations. When operating, 5V receives a supply voltage. It uses the logic type SILICON DELAY LINE. A minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable for its operation. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable.
