DS1100LU-250+ Overview


As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. Using the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 3V~3.6V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 5 taps and steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1100L. At DUAL are the terminals. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. During operation, 3.3V is supplied with a voltage. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 3V. If the maximum supply voltage is 3.6V, it is acceptable for it to operate.
