DS1100LZ-175 Overview


The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with -40°C~85°C operating temperature. There are 5 taps and steps configured for it. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred. DUAL is the position of the terminals. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 3.3V is provided. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. It can be operated with a supply voltage of 3V as a minimum. Using a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V is acceptable for it to operate. A Surface Mount mounting is used.
