DS1100LZ-75+T Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR). With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. This device has an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. 5 taps/steps are configured. Several parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred for a variety of applications. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 8 termination. An operating voltage of 3.3V is applied to the device when it is in operation. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. A supply voltage of 3V is sufficient for it to operate. It is acceptable to run it at the maximum voltage of 3.6V. In order to ensure flexible operation, 3.3V is equipped with power supplies.
