DS1100U-150+ Overview

As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. The device has been configured with 5 taps and steps. At DUAL are the terminals. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. During operation, 5V is supplied with a voltage. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.25V, it is acceptable for it to operate. In order to ensure flexibility in operation, 5V is provided with a power supply. There are a number of active components within the 1100 family.
