DS1233AZ-10/TR/C16 Overview
Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please refer to power management for TO-261-4, TO-261AA functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.2V for this IC power. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 50μA. It is always advisable to use DS1233A, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 50μA can be used.
