DS2431Q+T&R Overview

A Non-Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. The case comes in Tape & Reel (TR) size. Embedded in the 6-WDFN Exposed Pad case, memory ics is a single file. There is 1Kb 256 x 4 of memory on the chip. This device utilizes a EEPROM format memory which is of mainstream design. Due to its wide operating temperature range, this device can be used in a wide variety of demanding applications. It is recommended to mount it in the Surface Mount mounting type. When choosing similar parts, DS2431 is frequently referred to as the device's base part number. The ic memory chip comes in a package with 6 pins that allows it to be connected to a computer. Memory ics must operate at a temperature of at least -40°C. It is recommended that operation of the part be restricted to temperatures not exceeding 85°C, otherwise damage to the part may occur as a result of overheating. In order for this part to work properly, there must be a minimum voltage supply of 2.8V volts. Its operating voltage shall not exceed 5.25V.
